Skills and Experience Required

• Strong background with relevant work experience and demonstrated progressive responsibilities in any of the information management fields, i.e. records management, document management, library services, archives management 
• Thorough knowledge of acts and legislation influencing the information management field
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with PC-based tools
• Ability to complete assignments autonomously or interactively within a team environment
• Willing to work anywhere in the Ottawa-Hull area (National Capital Region Office) and the Southern Ontario area (Southern Ontario Office)
• Willing to travel outside the Ottawa-Hull & Southern Ontario area on occasion

• Post secondary education with a corresponding degree / diploma 
• Relevant work experience in a leadership role 
• Demonstrated project management skills 
• Ability to develop and deliver training sessions 
• Bilingual - NCR only (French and English) 
• Security clearance
