CONDAR was founded in 1991.  From small beginnings, the company has grown into a leading provider of information and records management consulting services.  CONDAR has extensive experience in recorded information management, business administration, library management, project management and in general administrative disciplines. We have provided consulting services to managers at all levels of business and government. 

Canadian owned and operated, CONDAR is capable of, and experienced in, all aspects of records management systems development: the initial strategic planning phase; the design and development of records management tools; managing the transition from manual to automated systems; and any other task relating to the management of records in any media. In 1999, CONDAR opened an office in Brampton, Ontario, in order to provide better service to its clients in Toronto and other centres in southern Ontario.  CONDAR employees and associates come from a wide variety of backgrounds and have a multitude of skill sets.
